Clubhouse hours may fluctuate throughout the year based on the season. Generally, dining is available from 11 AM to 9 PM, except from early February through mid-March where our club is closed for the winter. Sunday hours also vary depending on the time of year, so please check for updates.

 


 

With two unique venues at your disposal, Cavalry Club is the perfect destination for hosting a wide range of events, including business meetings, luncheons and dinners (both business and social), bridal showers, baby showers, and family gatherings.

Our "Clubhouse" boasts breathtaking views of the golf course and can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 50 people. Meanwhile, the Dinner Club exudes rustic charm, featuring two custom bars, a spacious main dining room suitable for groups of up to 60, and a banquet facility capable of hosting events for up to 100 guests and beyond.

We’re thrilled to introduce Chef Lee Davidson as our Executive Chef at Cavalry Club! With years of culinary expertise, Chef Lee brings a deep commitment to creating memorable dining experiences. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef and General Manager at Arad Evans Inn, where he delighted many of our members. His impressive career includes leadership at Mandalay Bay’s House of Blues, where he oversaw operations and menu development across locations nationwide. Chef Lee, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, is excited to connect with our members and share his passion for fine cuisine.

We’re delighted to have Adam Brunelle as our Director of Hospitality and Beverage at Cavalry Club! With over 23 years in hospitality—including 17 as a sommelier at top East Coast restaurants like Charlie Palmer Steak in D.C. and Saint Urban in Fayetteville—Adam brings a wealth of wine expertise and a Court of Master Sommeliers certification.
